About the Role:

As an SDE 2 Mobile Engineer (Flutter), you will play a key role in building mobile applications that deliver seamless customer experiences. You’ll work on exciting greenfield projects where you’ll have ownership and the opportunity to influence product direction. This role is perfect for engineers with strong Flutter expertise who are eager to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile apps using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences.
• Optimize apps for smooth performance, fast load times, and responsive interactions.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and follow best practices in mobile architecture.
• Own features end-to-end, from development through deployment and monitoring.
• Actively participate in shaping product vision and contribute innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve development processes.

Key Technical Skills:

Flutter, Dart, State Management, Mobile UI/UX, RESTful APIs, Firebase, Third-party SDK integration, iOS and Android app lifecycle, Debugging

Requirements:

• 3+ years of mobile app development experience, with at least 2 years in Flutter.
• Experience in building and launching 0-to-1 products.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter Widgets, and modern state management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission processes.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
